Building the perfect crime...

Hypothetically...

My wife and I are both happen to be white. I have in my possession video with accompanying audio as well as still pictures of a man who happens to be black repeatedly penetrating my wife anally in my house in my bed. This is a sex act my wife had previously classified as degrading, immoral, filthy and would not consent to under any circumstances.

So, the next night I tell her I'm going out with friends and I'll be home after midnight. But instead, I lie in wait outside of our house within view of our bedroom. Once the anal sex is underway, I let myself into the house and as I'm running up the stairs, I laugh and yell, "Darnit, honey...can you believe I got all the way down there and forgot my wallet at home?" I burst into the bedroom, find this man sodomizing my wife and shoot him dead.

My defense is...a man broke into my home and was sexually assaulting my wife against her will. Am I getting charged with anything?

Why bother to kill the guy? Do you really want to keep her?

Do yourself a favor: File for divorce. Use the tape to prove infidelity and stop her from contesting. Do pay any alimony.
