Today Bill Clinton announced he will be running for office in 2016. His wife Hillary will be his running mate.

The language of the 25th amendment is somewhat ambiguous as it is not clear if it means more than 2 terms or more than 2 CONSECUTIVE terms. In the past Clinton has made it clear his interpretation is more than 2 terms period.
