Because we all know who will be using this new subway line to get to Tysons Corner Mall.

No, they couldn't because there's already a proposed black line. It's been in the plans for years, but never gotten funding. It starts in Oxon Hill, runs through Anacostia over to near Northest, then out through Bladensburg.
