That 'best seller' thing is so corrupted. Books with political agendas are published, and political organizations order tens of thousands of copies of the ones they support so the book is an overnight bestseller. Both sides do this. Some times they don't even actually take delivery of the books, they just preorder tens of thousands of copies then when the book's Number One on the Best Seller list status is established, cancel the order.
