freeBSD had a C compiler - when Ubuntu sent agents to bribe or kill anyone in the way to take over freeBSD (sudden change of maintainer list btw)
ubuntu made sure the C compiler was impossible to find or use in the "new version" (which was made thoroughly impossible in Ubuntu much earlier - extremely thoroughly)
WHAT'S WRONG WITH C?
* freeBSD C was (before Ubuntu intrusions), is a pure language that can do anything, is unlimited in expression and binary result, and is easy to learn. it's a pretty close if not same copy of the original AT&T C version 2, btw.
* they made sure no one could use it and that all programs that worked fine using it were demolished with a wrecking ball
* they later made sure that "the new C" could not compile Intel apps (without bugs arising) but could compile ARM apps, on linux
* no regular C program survived, they were all trashed and hidden
* the C compiler was trashed and burried (it's there, they do anything they can to prevent you from using it)
* another factor is that democrats hated C because it had rules and made them look like they couldn't code worth a crap (which is true they couldn't) (once C was dead, they then began changing the "new C" to hide mistakes in previous software - which causes everyone else's products to compile wrong - really it was just terrorism)
note i'm not dinging Apple's swift code or higher or lower ASM languages - i'm talking about people who target technology for terrorist reasons
That's only one program that was attacked. They attacked networking gear, networking code, all other compilers, and also end users.
