this is the problem. when your a "Bill Clinton Pussified America" nation with no death penalty that showers money on corrupt courthouses that drag simple (ie, red handed) trials on for 4 years before a verdict (often illegally keeping the suspect in jail during the trials?)

you really are NOT going to "catch up" with them. there are too many they outnumber you. they already have 1,000 statues to your 1 arrest they are bumb criminal gamblers they will take those odds

Many folks will be scanning the photos, Someone will recognize at least one of the quilty perpetrators. They said Whitey Bulger would never be caught as the FBI wasn't too happy about the whole thing, an astute female citizen recognized his nasty face, getting a nice reward.
