How do I study to become an abortionist?

Do you actually need a medical degree or is there some fast track program or night school I can learn this useful trade? Seems like it would be as simple as learning to be an X-ray technician or phlebotomist.

Also is it different in other states? I wouldn't want to go work in West Virginia, but I would go to Maryland or Washington DC ( I live in Kingstowne ).
