I want to see a prop 47 type law like they have in Cali passed in VA

For anyone who doesn’t know, prop 47 makes stealing a crime only when over $950 worth of goods has been stolen . I want to see mass theft and looting take place in VA not necessarily because I agree with what the law intends , but because I want to see va turn into a shit show for my amusement.
