Why do people talk about the testing like it is the be-all and end-all. All it tells you is that at the exact moment of the test, you either are or are not infected. You could get infected five minutes later and not know it. GWU is offering testing for people who think they may have been exposed. You get the results in 5-7 days. A lot could happen in a weeks time. Isn't this giving people a false sense of security?

People could have a biomonitor implanted in their wrist which would continuously measure blood for signs of COVID. It would flash green for clean, or red for infected. The bearer could simply present the monitor for proof of health.
