Found them. Lots of things may be closed and shut down, but the niggering continues!

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — D.C. Police confirm to ABC7 that they responded to crowds of ATV and dirt bike riders over the weekend, but that no arrests were made.

Videos posted on social media show the riders taking over the streets, which were emptier than they might usually be due to a stay-at-home order resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

D.C. is no stranger to large groups of all-terrain vehicles on its streets.

Still, riding an ATV or dirt bike on a public highway is illegal in the District, but the Metropolitan Police Department's policy is to NOT pursue the riders for the sake of safety.
