According to Politico, Trump has named a new IG for the DOD. This move removes the current acting Glenn Fine from that role, which means Fine can't serve on the new IG panel that is providing oversight of the $2.2 Trillion spending. Fine was selected by vote of the IG's on the oversight panel.
