Trump's draft number was 356. He would never had been drafted unless we were in WWIII. Biden was too old to be drafted. He still was supposed to get a military physical but deferred out with a 1Y classification because of teenage asthma. I grew up with asthma and was cleared to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan. Neither Biden nor Trump have excuses.

Trump could have served. I knew people with more serious conditions that were drafted during 1965-1970. The high number once he went off deferment may have meant he would not be called, but it didn't prevent him from volunteering. Same comment for Biden BTW, and a shit load of other politicians.
Trump did himself, the U.S. Army and his potential unit a favor by keeping out of military service. Men that self absorbed don't make good soldiers.

Trump served in the Army, won the treble crown (Bronze, Silver and Medal of Honor). Add the fact he received three Purple Hearts and six battle accommodations and you have one of the best patriots who ever served the United States of America. Shame on anyone who disparages this amazing President.
