Anyone live in apartment complex?

I live in a small apartment building, left my shoes outside my door, this morning, I go to grab my shoes and someone spit on them.

No, our deliveries are left outside, we have one main door entrance, that is locked 90% of time, there are only 2 neighbors that must pass my door to get to theirs..one is an older gay college professor, who is the quietist person ever, feel bad he has to live next to me...and the others who are a bunch of illegal bachelors sharing rent 5 ways, and smoke weed all day

Our building specifies that nothing can be left outside resident doors. If someone left their shoes in my hallway I’d drop a deuce in them.
