IBM went so far with the original PC to add tons of "un-necessary keys" with two extra pads a row on top and such
still they didn't make room FOR CENTS, only the dollar mark

Keyboard layout has '$' but not cents. That's when America should have become suspicious.

counting cents why? feds have plenty of money who counts cents with inflation?
of course @ and # matter, we need those for ... making everything obscure and illegible!
well well NY,NY banks were famously caught rounding off when using "digital computers to track purchases" (fractions of a cent paid by customers always rounded down when reporting - adding to millions in stolen money)
OBVIOUSLY, IT WASN'T THAT THE DIGITAL PEOPLE NEVER THOUGHT CENTS WEREN'T IMPORTANT. SO WHY DID THEY REMOVE THE CENTS KEY and put in allot of "bs" keys?
many old typewriters, despite their "limited capability" and high extra cost of fitting in another key: had cents key
$0.01 "just isn't right"
That's when America should have become suspicious that "big tech" was on the way!

It is a dollar sign, not a dollar mark. It is an exclamation point, not an exclamation sign. It is a question mark, not a question point. I know it's hard, but with a little effort you will learn. Might I suggest the Little Brown Handbook. It taught generations of children the rules of grammar.
