Why did Trump give televangelist Paula White a job in the White House and Not Meade Skelton?

Paula White, known for telling her followers to fork over one months salary to her in exchange for receiving riches from god later, is now working in the White House for the Faith and Initiatives or something like that. She is drawing a salary of over $150,000 as I understand.
Questions:
1) Why did Trump pick her and not our beloved and respected Meade Skelton? I have never seen Paula in a MAGA hat....
2) Should Meade give Paula one months of his earnings - welfare, chick file, and gig money, in exchange for riches later? Is this what Meade has been doing wrong all this time?
3) Or should we, as fairfax underground followers of "the Meade" as we respectfully call him, give him one month of our salary? God will pay us back later, right?

As a fake Christian, Trump needed to hire a fake Christian who wouldn't see through him. Hellspawn Joel Osteen was apparently busy, Meade is being tricked by Satan and as such would be a good choice for Trump. However, Meade looks and sounds too weird to be part of the administration.

One can only hope the woman was speaking metaphorically. She really does sound like meade.
