I smoke Newport, but want to stop it for many reasons. It smells my car and clothes. Anyone anything about smokeless tobacco like snuff, or chewing tobbaco. I tried the New holland snuff on 7-11, but didn't like it. Any others with nicotine. Thanks

Call your Dr. and get them to perscribe Wellbutrine. Then ween yourself off that shit it is easier than the evil weed. Fuck the other tobacco it is a dead end

Another idea is electronic cigs like the njoy ncig. they deliver nicotine and work like regular smoking, but there is no fire and the "smoke" is water vapor. You buy cartridges (various flavors and strengths available) for them. Search youtube for demonstrations. no tar, no carcinogens, no smell.

Have you tried Snus? It is a relatively new product from RJR...small packets of snuff and there is a lot less spitting than with a product like Skoal or Copenhagen.

Just chew a piece of gum when you get a craving. Try the nicotine gum.

Wellbutrin does not work all that well, and many people can not tolerate it well. For example, Wellbutin/Zyban gives me violent seizures.

The way to go is with a drug called Chantix. Works 90000 times better than Wellbutrin.

I would highly advise packing a fat lip of skoal or copenhagen. Cured me of cigerettes. Theres nothing like throwing in a fatty and surprising the old GF with some of that tasty goodness. ;-)
