Why are there are so many unidentifiable brown people in NOVA?

Is it just me or are there more foreign folk in our area? In the last 10 years I did notice some Indians and towel heads, but now I'm seeing it more, even at places you don't expect like fast food places. I do wish they would go away. What can do about this problem?
