Win10 update: my PC has been on&off continually - suspect update is a hack

An update doesn't need to turn a PC on and off for over 48 hours.

(win10 has a "feature" i have turned off that 'opts out' of a default feature that uses YOUR pc to update other PC (to reduce AT&T internet cost on Microsoft of course and raise your personal AT&T bill))

I have that feature turned off so why is my PC continually on and off for 2 days now?

whatever it is: i certainly didn't agree to win10 using my PC for any reason whatsover other than as an OS as advertised. i did not pay to be interrogated by gov or spies or ms, i did not pay to have win10 use my PC as a cuck distributor, i did not pay to have win10 use my PC as if owned wholey by Microsoft. i paid for the PC and OS: i own them. i never signed an agreement saying updates could have free use of my digital connection and my personal data: absolutely not - it would be an illegal contract and null before or after signing

Commodore 64 doesn’t have these problems. Time to upgrade.
