This was only done to harass McCabe for being a perceived threat to whatever Trump and his gang of screwballs were trying to cover up. And they’re obviously out of their league with all their tough-guy tactics.
Maybe they should just resort to TP’ing the guy’s house or crank-calling him in the middle of the night, stuff they might actually be good at.

Grand juries are known for indicting restaurant menus. If the DOJ couldn't get one to indict McCabe then either the DOJ attorneys are incompetent or McCabe is innocent.

The McCabe case is actually a perfect example of why Trump talk about prosecting his deep state tormentors is just more Trump bullshit. Prosecutors could get an indictment against McCabe (and Hillary and all the rest of them) if they so desired. But you have to put a person on trial once you have indicted them, and for that you need evidence. Not actually having any would make Trump, Barr, etal look mighty foolish.
But Trump is all talk, anyway. My bet is the only prosecutions will be of Trump and his co-conspirators. Because truth lives in the courtroom, and Trump is not on speaking terms with the truth.
