I'm really curious. I could see him pulling out a gold toothpick and tidying up after dinner (meanwhile it is tacitly understood that the donald will not tolerate this same behavior from anyone else at his table).
TBH I could imagine Clinton (actually both Clintons) doing this too, and quite possibly GWB as well. Not sure about Nixon - unless he were dining with Kennedy, in which case he would absolutely pull that shit out of (not entirely unjustified) malice. LBJ? Dinner guests might consider themselves lucky if he didn't haul out his dick and piss in the spitoon right when they were starting in on the soup course.
Reagan, Carter, the elder Bush, would never do this. Nor would Obama or Ford.
