Armed march on DC when ?

I've been hearing chatter on the ham radio.
Guys scheming on how to get 1 million men into DC quickly.
Using google earth to plot riverine crossings.
No need for a Civil War, just "throw" the bums out.
Different groups will target the media.

Which ham band and what frequency? Was it those crazy central Virginia guys on 80 meters? They don’t follow regulations and are real trouble makers.
