Having abandoned that shithole called Northern Virginia years ago to a whitopia in an undisclosed location in the Rocky Mt. West, I was curious if a phenomenon largely imported from California has made its way east. That is the insanity of people dragging their dogs into retail, restaurants, food stores and entertainment venues.
