Normal Table Limits at Charlestown Hollywood Casino

I'm thinking of making the drive up to Charlestown on Saturday night. What are the normal table limits (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.) on a Saturday?

I think it varies. You can probably get in a Blackjack game at $25 per. I odnt know about the others. There is also a high stakes poker room.

I've seen $15 games, but only when it was kinda slow in there (mid week). Weekends it runs about $20-25 minimum.

I tend to be more lucky on the slots though, everytime I make my money back and then some.

I like the slots here MUCH better than MD Live- I spent $100 at live and came out with NOTHING on the quarter slots- tried swapping machines frequently but ALL OF THEM were COLD. IF I won, it was like $1 on a $3.50 bet seriously....couldn't catch up for shit.

There's a few in upstate NY, one maybe 2-3 hrs north of Pittsburgh and a giant Harrahs down in the Smokey Mountains of NC. They're really no different than any non-Indian casino. Except the ones I've seen do have bingo parlors. So if you get bored playing blackjack all night, you can always go watch decrepit elderly and obviously poor people slowly blowing away their life savings, 15 cents at a time. There's really nothing "native American" about the places though.

I've seen it played in Vegas too, at some locals casino in North LV, and the bingo room was packed with hispanics and they were calling the numbers in spanish. Funny shit.

You would be the exact opposite of everyone I know who has played the slots at C'Town. They all say they dont pay for shit and AC is much better.

Maybe it was just not my day @ Live?

Seriously, I've been to WV at least 10x this year- EVERYTIME I take $200. EVERYTIME I came home with $300+. Maybe its just my luck is better in WV than MD LOL.

Wow, I heard AC was pretty tight- maybe I will give them a shot this weekend- any recommendations in AC while we're at it? Thanks!

$15 on black jack and craps during the days, with mins getting bumped up to 20-25 on weekend nights, sometimes you'll see a 100 or 200 dollar table with an occasional $400 minimum. There's no competition nearby so it's rare to see the minimums go down to 5 or 10.
