No where does frisky say he was arrested for being in a graveyard at night, he merely mentioned that he knew it was illegal.

10700 Block of Warwick Ave – On May 23 an officer took into custody, Monique Wells, 22 of 10700 Warwick Ave, Fairfax on an active destruction of property warrant. Ms. Wells was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was processed and released.




It is downright hilarious only months after she went on a jihad because someone allegedly damaged the six door truck, she herself was arrested for vandalism.


I don't know what jurisdiction this was in, simply FFX City arrested her due to the warrant.
