Feds DOJ say they want a real "death penalty" - but why?

ON THE LIST is a few thugs who did murders. But are feds really trying to reduce these? wow it seems they created school shootings (via various policies) and promoted that - there were so many until the 2nd year of Trump.
but according to those fakers, a death penalty means decades in prison and no death penalty. and while some prisoners fight against it, others detest the prison box and asshole prison guards enough: they do not. (guards attempting to create friction then stomping on who reacts to it, a place that always smells like a gas station rest-room, diseases spreading)
(1) traitors to USA are not on the list
(2) Judges who follow politics instead of the law are not on the list
(3) politicians caught abusing the public trust (in a major way) are not on the list
(4) that 1/2 of all males in prison (in Democrat states) commit suicide perhaps due to a kind of TORTURE isn't on the list
Is DOJ pulling our dick about off'ing a few thugs already life in prison (a fate perhaps worse than death - certainly maybe so if san quentin) ?
THE LIST ISN'T FUCKING GOOD ENOUGH
there are simply people who wreck and damage allot more than these thugs did who are awarded prises patted on the back by government insiders and never held accountable. and there's no motive DOJ has prescribed - no increase in thuggery has been pointed to.
