who else could be involved? FOLLOW THE MONEY.
do the city council members own (shares) of local companies that would profit from a break in?
such as: window replacement businesses, police (certainly!), audio visual gadgets and cell phone sales stores (assume these are most commonly stolen)?
do the suspected theives have ties with an asian black market, "little china", or la familia (mexico), or NAACP ? which is it? certainly it is not random.
has a culture of "break-ins aren't really illegal" evolved (no)
has a culture of falsely reporting items stolen (for insurance): such as guns, jewelry, pricey cell phones, evolved? (?)
* many on the street, creating disease, have more right to be in California government than Pelosi: their family "belongs there"
* many on SF streets don't belong in the country. Pelosi allowing a humanity disaster DOING NOTHING is negligence. she could squeeze the welfare money out of mexico or send them to the border and threaten mexico to provide the social security. THREATEN. instead she's build a town of diseased homeless shitting on the streets.

Why do they have cars anyway? I thought it was the land of the environmentally friendly. They should all be walking, biking, scooting, skateboarding, roller skating,trolley riders. Cars. Pfft.
