Did you even read the fucking article? It says open to talks IF the sanctions are lifted, and we return to the nuke deal. Not before. The ayatollahs want complete surrender.

Not a surprising position for the Iranians to take, but overall the article does not come close to painting the picture that the OP wished.

Trumpers have a reputation for not being very bright. This is one of the reasons why.
