The Obama administration was organized and staffed with professionals qualified to do their jobs. Trump, on the other hand, runs a clusterfuck of an operation full of hacks who were only hired because they kiss his ass. This is a guy who put a casino into bankruptcy, after all.

What policies did Obama implement that decreased these invading 3rd world shiteaters and what policies has Trump implemented that increased them?

It's all over the news that ICE is rounding up more now than when Obama was president. CBP is working at 120% capacity.

What is it that Trump isn't doing. Everything in the news tells us he's ramped up enforcement in all phases of the process. What is it he and his minions are doing exactly that is causing this surge of shiteaters pouring across the border? The OP indicated the Trump is at fault for this mess.
