This is silly, as most of the advice FFU folks have been giving him has in fact been spot on.
He needs to grow up and learn how to take care of himself. I really don't understand why his family hasn't pushed him just a bit harder in this direction.
In any case, last night's show was just depressing. I was concerned that he might snuff it.

If I was going to be jealous of people with 'musical talent', there are a lot better choices than you. Jealous of your lifestyle-living at home at 40? Jealous that I am not getting government handouts?-I have supported myself since college. jealous that I don't get to pick out and pay for my own birthday cake? My family does that.

My 'Dream' was different from Meade's. I went to college. I have a career. I started a family and am paying a mortgage. I don't know what Meade's dream is called but when you are living "THE AMERICAN DREAM" you really aren't jealous of a 40-year-old welfare recipient who has never left home.

Meade is living his dream? Meade's failure to make anything of himself has trapped in a room watching TV. I can hardly say that an American.
The American dream is working hard and have lots of money to do whatever you want, not living off welfare with no job.
