"Picked Winners" paid MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A YEAR to run rinky, dinky websites.

Many of these "websites" were and are little known and traveled: they are picked winners trying to stay out of the news, fly under the radar.

Still in democrat states. Infact we (Virginia) get a whole new "government makeover website" every election which is simply insane - it's corruption.

(meanwhile: big cable providers illegally signal attack users to "protect win95", disabling websites, asking $110/mo to "enable" them. all a scam the clinton FCC helped bring about)
