Problem in the movie Unforgiven [spoilers]

So I've seen this movie about 10 times, I love it but there is one glaring problem with it. When at the end Will misfires, Little Bill then takes like almost 10 seconds to draw on him. Go watch it.

Now this wouldn't particularly be a problem but earlier in the film they made it a big point when Little Bill was showing off to the writer and he showed off how fast he could draw and it was like a split second.

Pretty dumb editing in that scene.
