#1 Sounds like something California should pay for. the rest of USA is OVERLY SICK of california's use of trains to push imports into walmart with the choice: "buy chinese or buy nothing, you get no choice" - while prohibiting (by shipping cost) any products going west to california and especially china (try using USPS to return something that cost $5 including shipping going east: it cost $45 to going west return it to china - that's a damn fact)
#2 THEY ONLY BUILT TWO SHOPPING MALL SIZE BUILDINGS (and began a bridge or two): ONE NEAR DISNEY LAND / HONDA AUTO DEALER EXPO CENTER (USED AS A WELCOMING AREA AND SHOPPING MALL FOR ASIANS, CURRENTLY) - the other station built is very close to where Pelosi lives (my, the coincidences here!!). there is no running section yet. i think one rail bridge was already gerrymandered to be used as a road (auto, overpass)
#3 the two buildings built are "cheap", meaning despite their cost they are "air hangar design" (the building design used by military to work on large aircraft, aircraft hangar design), cheap but fancy (lots of glass and LED).
Blaming this "need" for corruption and lack of funds on Trump rather than Obama: a sin.
