When 98% immigration violations are non-citizens by sentencing it stands to reason their cohort will be proportionally large. I guess this means the system is working and they are being sentenced. Lol look at antitrust and arson 100% legal citizens.

Anyway putting up a fence along 2000 miles of mostly unguarded border is not going to do anything.
