And you dont think this whole regime belongs in prison? Their own departments say the belong in prison. Their own DOJ's say they committed crimes.

You left out the part about the furniture order being canceled when Carson found out about it. In government budgeting terms 'obligated' does not mean that the money was actually spent. Whoever within HUD who did obligate the funds, which would not be Carson but some Fed in the admin department, did exceed the obligation authority.
