Thank you all who stood tall for Virginia in her hour of need.-Rod
I am so proud that so many Virginians are willing to take a stand for individuality and show a willingness to grant authority back to the states. We've always been a state that stands for individual liberty.
The State Sovereignty movement is quietly growing as more and more information is released about the corruption in government that continues to strip Americans of money and authority. The more we learn the more the States and their citizens are forced to take a stand.

in the House and Senate Transportation Committees on Thursday, February 5th, when Delegate Bob Marshall's H.B.1587 and Senator Cuccinelli's companion bill, S.B.1431, reported out with success.
The votes went like this-
HB 1587 REAL ID Act; State will not comply with provision thereof that compromises economic privacy, etc.
02/05/09 House: Reported from Transportation with amendment (17-Y 3-N)
YEAS--May, Oder, Saxman, Carrico, Cosgrove, Gear, Hugo, Scott, E.T., Fralin, Tata, Loupassi, Knight, Ward, Ebbin, Marsden, Nichols, McQuinn--17.
NAYS--Rust, Brink, Toscano--3.
