I LOVE it when the government shuts down!!

Every time we have a shutdown it is fantastic! The funny thing is we always end up getting paid for not working and we never have to use any leave time. For this shutdown I am thinking of renting a cozy little cabin in the Poconos for a week. The place has a big fireplace and a jacuzzi. Please Mister Trump, we need a little break!

I never understand the news media trying to generate sympathy for government employees getting a free paid vacation.

At the agency where I worked as a private contractor, the government employees were literally booking vacations and hoping for a shutdown.
