DC votes to raise minimum wage for waitstaff to $15 an hour

Which means restaraunts will add a surcharge to the check and use it to offset the higher cost of the minimum wage.

Waiters who used to make $30 and $40 an hour on a good night will now get an even $15.

Another win for the little guy, thanks liberals!
