You do get 5 or 10 mb free with your cox or fios internet connection.

The only thing you don't get is CGI or PHP, but I don't believe any free host allows either.

Just spend a few bucks and use www.mediatemple.net

I've been with them for several years now and they are FANTASTIC. Starbucks and a few other major companies use them for hosting as well, so they are VERY stable and there tech support, is VERY technical, knowledgeable and willing to help. Not 3rd world clueless Customer Support morons.
