What kind of brain malformity or mental derangement does it take to think that Meade Skelton looks like Dean Cain?

Probably the same sort of reality impairment it takes to think that Meade Skelton has a fan base of people who actually choose to listen to his music.

You're right. He actually looks like a younger version of Dean Cain with much better skin.
