Where are MD environmentalist liberal demokrats?

You kan't build a road without disturbing a single animal. So why after the road is built do they not protekt the animals? Republicans would simply place a metal cage over the camera device with a hole so the camera has an unobstructed view. Problem solved and the bird finds somewhere else to nest. But the demokrats want to spend thousands on some other structure they think the birds will like better and maybe they'll move.

Craig Koppie, a raptor biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services' Chesapeake Bay field office, says a structure will be built to hopefully entice the ospreys to nest there -- moving them not only from the camera, but to a safer spot entirely. Currently they are right above the signage for the Route 50 Expressway.

"We're basically going to entice the osprey pair to move over."
