Watch the crime rate in GA drop after this bill goes into effect....

....meanwhile in Chicago, where handguns are outright banned: 40+ people shot (6 killed) over Easter weekend - just the weekend!

To reiterate the saying: guns don't kill people, criminals do....

I know when I go to a club packed with drunk people the first thing I think is "Boy I sure hope some of these people have a gun on them".

It's legal in Virginia to carry CCW in Virginia establishments that serve alcohol and has been since July 1, 2010. The number of gun related incidents in them has actually gone down since them so you are obviously unaware of your surroundings. You really need to get off the computer and socialize more often.

One would assume most bars don't allow guns irrespective of your dumb ass law so it doesn't male a difference in the stats.

Yes you can legally carry concealed at Virginia establishments that serve alcohol as long as you don't drink any alcohol while in possession of your firearm.

It doesn't really change much except that now I can legally carry a loaded pistol right up to the TSA gate at Georgia airport. That's freedom in my opinion.
