Why do negros have more outies and Inbetweenies?

Out of all races the negro animal race seems to have a disproportional number of outie and Inbetweenie belly buttons. Why is this? It is very rare to see Caucasians to have a full blown outie but is quite common to see several dozen outies at negro infested water park in a single day. I would almost put the number around 30-40%. Are their any experts regarding this matter?

It's an evolutionary trait of those who have only recently come down from the trees. Negroids are only slightly ahead of chimpanzees, but the chimps are catching up quickly and will soon pass them.
