Keeping Wood Handy

"This is our 16th year," Eisenhart told CNN affiliate WKOW. "I wish I had a big piece of wood to knock on right now, but we have not had an incident besides a gal slipping in the aisleway at another location."

I saw that.

I bought tickets to go to the Monster Truck Jam this past weekend at Verizon Center. My wife was worried about taking the kids because of what happened in Tacoma a few weeks ago. I said, "That was a freak accident. That won't happen again."

Guess I was wrong.

I don't think you were necessarily wrong... according to the article it seems the guy walked in front of a vehicle. That's a little different than the random accident of debris flying into the stands and killing someone.
