It's been illegal for decades to have computers decide to launch a (nuclear/WMD). It's all part of history and on the History channel.

What a fucking idiot.

But this is a democrat trying to convince people it's not illegal or that people doing it (ie, getting USA grants to do it, and Google DOES get usa grants) are not to be punsished. The fact is peeople (ie, leaders) who do it ARE PUNISHED, and why was settled by history before this jerk off was born.
