Minneapolis Mayoral Candidate has Issue to Disarm Police (except SWAT)

(England did this and also disarmed the public, then later armed the police. D.C. has several times flip-flopped on citizens having handguns - and more or less has a continual program of selling guns then buying them back (ya think?))

Yes, Minneapolis is the place where the recent shooting of an Australian woman happened by an officer of the law - who had no explanation of why he shot her at all.
