He's president because the democrats ran the absolute worst candidate in the history of this planet. And as a reminder, her husband, who was also president, wrote to the head of his draft board to thank him for rigging things to keep him out of the draft and said he had "a loathing" of the military. He also told his draft board that he was going to join the ROTC in school to get a deferment and then never did it.
