Any good brunch spots near the National Zoo?

Hi, I'm looking for a good spot for a Birthday Brunch for my step father. We'll want to be w/in walking distance of the Zoo as that's where we're heading after.

It's always a zoo!

Their wait staff is a bunch of monkeys and the manager is a real jackass. The whole place is being run by a bunch of animals.
