Rand Paul says he's not voting for it. That may already be the three Republicans with the two female senators for it to fail. Something tells me there will be more that get cold feet.

Rand Paul is a coward. He says its because its not a full repeal but its really because his state has the most Medicaid recipient per capita in the country. And they're all rightards.

Politically it would be better to fail. Then move on to tax cuts. Letting Obamacare collapse and all the insurance companies quitting and once it's dead. Repeal the whole thing going back to the original system except add on cross state competition and kids stay on parents plan till 26.
