Travel Agency Woes

I am seeking advice. I booked my vacation through BookIt.com. Don't ever use them. My flight got canceled due to the storms, but they didn't cancel the international flight until I was standing at BWI checking my bag in. Delta could not get me on a new flight for two days. I called BookIt and they checked with the hotel and the hotel said that they were still going to charge me for the two nights that I will not be there. In addition to the wasted day traveling to and from BWI, I also incurred parking fees, checked bag fee (when bag wasn't transported) and mileage. And, I am out the two nights of the hotel fees. Does anyone have any advice? What can I expect from Delta for any reimbursement? Thanks
