So the guy forgot to take his meds. So he created numerous disgusting posts to get attention. That doesn't make him an evil person. He's probably just as nice in real as Mr. Rogers.

Moreno's postings are the least of the concerns. The postings pale in comparison to the Moreno's other crimes.
